He did an outstanding job. Joe accomplished what we want him to do.
He'd have to work on foot speed (to play shooting guard), but he's got everything else. He really can do just about anything. When he leaves the floor, everybody is going to get out of their seats, because he's got great volleyball instincts. He has the ability to explode off the floor and he does it so gracefully. A lot of that has to do with timing he learned in volleyball.
He has to stay off his leg for six weeks and in six months to a year he'll be able to get the plate out.
He is in stable condition and has spoken with his family on several occasions.
He is going to create a lot of excitement off the field and we are hoping he is going to do the same on the field.
He has really sets the tone for this organization and you can see that. He's done a great job, thus far.
He has the ability to adjust when things aren't going well command-wise. He's very good at recognizing what isn't working and going to something else.
He has that play-making ability, ... We looked at film of him all summer, and a lot of great teams couldn't tackle him.
He feels like he can't whip his arm like he's used to. We'll give him as much time as he needs.
He flipped the switch and had confidence and took over our team,'' said Texas' Mack Brown, who is still searching for his first conference title in 22 years as a head coach.
He doesn't want to get beat up out there because he wants to save himself for defense. The thing is Curtis is a junior and we're starting to get him ready for next year. He does a good job, but he doesn't have the experience Jeff has. Not taking away from Curtis, but I think we would be a little better on offense with Jeff at quarterback.
He lost the passion for the game. You can't really fault a guy for that, because that happens. And he was smart enough to say the money didn't matter to him. It was his own personal happiness.
There is no place in Australian cricket for racism, whether it be on or off the field.
There is no pain, just coldness which leads to a lack of sensation. It feels like I stuck my thumb in a freezer.
