The person that works the hardest wins.
You can’t win enough, you can’t have enough money, you can’t succeed enough. There is not enough. The only thing that will ever satiate that existential thirst is love. And I just remember that day I made the shift from wanting to be a winner to wanting to have the most powerful, deep, and beautiful relationships I could possibly have.
Everything is shaping up how I imagined it. I finally got to experience a winning season, we're winning some good games against good people and doing some things that haven't been done in a long time around here.
At this point, the records are gone. They're a quick, scrappy team. Weston is not big, but rely a lot on quickness. We're all after the same thing: winning a state title.
We've lost nothing, by the grace... But we've still got large areas that we're busy extinguishing. We're slowly winning the battle.
Mike has been brilliant for us. He is a Bath boy and there has been a massive interest in him, but if we can keep winning we might convince him to stay here. He has a great rugby intellect and is sure to figure very heavily in the future of English rugby.
Losing the hair doesn't bother me. Winning State means everything to me and the girls. The hair will grow back. I believe in my girls and they know I believe in them. I'll go through the fire for them and they'll go through the fire for me. That's why I said I'd let them shave my head for what I put them through, and I put them through a lot. They did all that training all summer.
What are we going to do about winning the election? Where are we going to turn to have a viable chance to win this election? And a viable chance to win this election is coming up with a candidate that most people can agree on. Randy Daniels could be a compromise consensus candidate because he's not polarized on either side.
We all expected to win and the fact that we didn't gives us something to build on. So I think that, where our program's at right now, freshman and JV programs had winning seasons, so we're hoping to build some new traditions.
There is a lot of pressure on them. They have been an established team winning everything for so long that people cannot accept that things are not going so well any longer.
It's up to the selectors but we've got to go with guys who will give us the best chance of winning the game.
It's kind of a mindset of getting back to doing that, because that's how we were winning games earlier this season.
It's a big accomplishment, obviously. Winning 300 is really big, and we did it in a big way in the Dean E. Smith Dome. I'm very happy we got it, and we're pretty much uphill from here.
They are just on fire. They beat Miami and Detroit so they are probably the hottest team in the league right now since New Jersey lost their winning streak. People were counting them out and I believe they can make the playoffs.
