I truly believe that I can be president of the US if I really want to.
President Obama's election has taught us to stop being paralyzed by excuses and given us a floodgate of hope. I'm more daring and going after things that I once thought were not possible.
I don't think what the president talked about today will have much of an impact (on prices).
Now that we have a true leader who stands for family and has a loving relationship with his wife, maybe black men and women will follow their example. We have a lot of faith and trust in President Obama because his integrity thus far has shown us a new level of manhood, fatherhood and husbandhood.
We've had a tone-deaf White House that does not want to be reasonable. President Obama won't meet with the Republicans. It's all his way.
While President Bush would like for Americans to look at the economy through rose-colored glasses, recent news reports tell the real truth.
The president of HCI has worked pretty hard to resolve problems that have been brought to him.
It's not another state holiday. It is just a day to recognize President Reagan.
We're staying in this hotel that I've never been able to stay in. I'm a college student. I don't have any money. This is like a place the president stays in.
We?re basically gawking at the president and his toys.
The critical thing, I think, is that this is a reflection of an agreement with the City and County of Honolulu, the Senate president and the House speaker. We'd like that agreement to be honored.
As we celebrate Black History Month, it is especially troubling that President Bush would release a budget that drastically cuts student aid, Medicaid, child support and funding for the disabled.
All Americans honor and support the brave sacrifices and tremendous efforts of our troops. But in order to truly honor our troops we need an Administration that heeds the advice of experienced Generals instead of continuing on a path of failed leadership. Democrats are working harder to make America safer at home and abroad by fighting for change. Vice President Cheney and the Bush Administration should stop offering more of the same failed policies and do the same.
As a ?lame duck? president with low approval ratings, he?s not in a good position to sell this budget. The people in Congress can just wait him out.
