On paper we are better than the team that got third at nationals two years ago. The catch with this group is they are all freshman except for Scott and Ryan. But we are very excited about the group's talent. Their ability to get along and support each other has been wonderful. We will have people in the Caribbean following their respective teams from Asia, we will have Pakistanis, Bangladeshis, Indians, Sri Lankans, Australians, Zimbabweans., ... And in many of the states there are conflicts which have taken on a terrorist form, and so there is always the potential that we in the Caribbean could become the stage on which other conflicts get acted out.

That's probably the best game I've coached in 20 years in terms of performance, the way the kids came through. Going down 10, that's the kind of team they are, right from the gut. They dug in. I'm really proud of them for coming away with a win like this.
