If a citizen threatens an officer or another citizen with death or imminent bodily harm, an officer has to react. I think our (officer-involved shooting) level is not out of line.

I enjoy the law and resolving cases. I really feel this is the natural progression for what I have done in my career, and it's time for me to give back to the community in the role of a judge.

I don't think I've ever seen her want the ball and call for the ball as much as she has in these last two tournaments. That makes all the difference. Our guards are doing a good job of finding her and she's finishing with buckets.

I don't think one 50 basis point move (by the Fed) is likely to be enough. It's going to be very hard for the stock market to move ahead. Profit margins are not going to be expanding. There's going to be nothing to offset the higher interest rates.
