We've been playing a lot of so-called small ball here lately. It's going to be very difficult to pull that off against Arkansas.
We paid a lot of attention to what people were saying and that hurt us. I felt last year was unjust for us to be picked so high when we hadn't done anything to prove we deserved that.
We were scheduled to leave on Sunday morning, and they gave us all of these warnings. They said there was a good chance that our flight would be canceled.
We were very, very fortunate to win the game. We made some tough 3s down the stretch, and we were able to get one or two key turnovers, and I thought that was the only difference in the game.
We have food, ham chips, drinks, anything needed to sustain life. We were here when it hit. We had never been in a hurricane. It was an eye-opening experience. It was a shock.
I told them to settle down and they need to relax. I wanted to assure them that I was under control. They were playing the way I was acting. I am acting. That's exactly what I was doing.
For me, it doesn't mean a whole lot in the grand scheme of the whole season. It's a great accomplishment at this juncture, and Thursday night, if you lose, it doesn't mean anything.
It's one thing to play physical, it's another to grab a guy's jersey.
Doesn't the record state it? Look at the results. To be quite honest, guys just didn't know Saint Louis. They're a very good basketball team.
It was an interesting, interesting place for many years. It wasn't nothing to see stars in there. I could go on for 100 hours and not tell you all the things that went on in there.
I've got two or three more four-year-olds to run in the next couple of weeks who could yet become Triumph Hurdle contenders but this horse would definitely be the highest-rated on the Flat.
It's never one man out there. It's an 11-man game.
It's not a decision I make. All our guys have to look at as laying it on the line when they get the opportunity to do it. We need to do that up and down the lineup. There should definitely be a sense of urgency that we are playing for our playoff lives.
It's more of a surprise. Disappointment? No. We won the league last year and we were a 12th seed, so we've improved.
