amount california excited fair football guys nice offer options time
I think that does offer some nice options for some of our guys, because we do have a fair amount of California guys on the team. But at the same time I think they are excited to go play a football game.
above focus good himself kenny last level performing playing regain sees spot trying whatever
Kenny has had a good winter. I think he sees himself performing at a level that was much above last year, for whatever reason, and that's exciting. He has put in the effort, the focus and the concentration. He's trying to regain the spot and the level that he was playing at before.
bounce break corey expect guys hope since trying
He's had those flashes. That's good, because Corey is one of those guys I think can really come in and do some things for us. Since he had the break in his wrist, he's been trying to bounce his way back to what we all expect and hope he'll be.
above core desire football good guys hard himself places player prepares question strong studies team works
He works hard every day, he studies and prepares himself as well as any of our starters. There is no question he has a strong desire to be a part of what's going on. But he is a team player and he places that above self. And that, to me, is very special. That's what really makes the core of a good football team when you have guys who put team before self.
dedicated good himself moving
He has dedicated himself to being a good quarterback, and I think so far, he is moving in that direction.
awful came nice
He just came up to me, ... It was awful nice of him to come away from his team, to take the time.
across almost becomes forgotten guy stuff town
He is amazing. You read so much stuff about the other guy across town from him (Southern California's Reggie Bush) that he almost becomes kind of a forgotten back,
control creates energy focus hype positive
That creates a little hype and energy for them, ... That's a very positive thing if you can control it and keep their focus and not get distracted.
focus football lose
But with all of that, you can't lose your focus, you've got to play the football game.
anyone clearly impressed plays running walks
But I think anyone that plays him walks away clearly impressed with his toughness, with his speed, with just his all-around running ability.
attitude chances creating focus game help home plane team time travel walk whether
Any time that you can have that me-against-the-world attitude and sometimes when you travel that's the attitude that you develop, because you're on the plane and it's just you and your teammates, you walk into the stadium, and there's not a lot of help around what you're creating really is a focus. And any time you can get your team really to focus on that game your chances go up that things go well for you. That's whether home or away, but usually at home there are more distractions.
best dominating football hesitate label question time type
I hesitate to ever put a label on best ever. In their generation, in this time span, and for the type of football they're playing, there's no question that right now they are dominating the landscape.
anyone hurts sort
If you don't practice, it hurts you. That doesn't sort it out, or make a decision. I don't think there's anyone who has said, 'Coach, I'm your quarterback,' yet.
coaching five moral style
If you look at five plays, we get those plays, we win, It won't be our coaching style to be into moral victories.
