He's been really unselfish for us. He's been outstanding for us this season. He's got a great on base percentage, and he started out the season batting third for us. But we thought he'd be most effective at the top of the order.

I don't have to tell this team what a big win this was. We knew this was a must win for us. We got blown out 13-1 against Atlantic last night, and this team responded. They came out with a defiant attitude.

What Phil did in that tournament was one of the best performances this season. He comes through whenever we need a big hit.
overall playing spring starting
Overall we've been playing a lot better, especially over the spring break. I really think we're starting to play well.
