One of many reasons why some people today are very difficult to accept the existence of advanced technology in prehistory era is because they didn't realize that their minds have already been clouded by an unconscious presumption which states 'ancient people should be primitive, before gradually evolving into this modern era nowadays'. I call this as 'Toba Syndrome'.

Now, we can contemplate a bit about it by asking this simple rhetorical question, 'How could possibly people be able to think about something unknown, which have never been popped out in human minds at all?'
