god loneliness heart
God has spoken very boldly about his desire to be a presence in our lives. If I want to heal the ache and loneliness in my own life, one of the things I need to do is get away, alone with God. . . . In the silence God will speak to you most powerfully. Too often his words to us get muffled, lost, or covered by the crowd of many noises both inside and outside of us. We must have a quiet heart in order to hear God's distinctive message to us.
coward definition excuses last sooner
One definition of a coward is simply, someone who makes a lot of excuses. Most of us have enough excuses to last a lifetime. The sooner we let go of them and get on with living, the better off we are.
Necessity is the author of change.

eye failing evidence
There is no better education than your own failures, if you've the eyes to see. We must have the courage to fail. It's evidence that we're risking to be our best.
pain believe joy
I believe that pain and suffering can either be a prison or a prism.
letting-go lasts excuse
Most of us have enough excuses to last a lifetime. The sooner we let go of them and get on with living, the better off we are.
happens
It's not so much what happens to us, as what happens in us that counts.
miracle everyday special
Life becomes precious and more special to us when we look for the little everyday miracles and get excited about the privileges of simply being human
Learning patience takes a lot of patience!
biographies theology
Our theology must become biography.
perspective panic way
One of the ways that our faith expresses itself is by our ability to be still, to be present, and not to panic or lose perspective. God still does his best work in the most difficult of circumstances.
