We're so small, everyone has to be involved in everything. These are all volunteers. No one gets a dime and they're spending their own money on gas and babysitters as well as other donations to the play.

begging belongs books eight fit hard jumps last order pick role six time
Usually I order six to eight books and pick out something. Some years it's hard and other years something just jumps out. I put a little time in casting. I try to get the personality to fit an actor. Sometimes I read a play and know who belongs to a role right away. And, I've done a lot of begging in the last 20 years.
cast practice three together until weeks
We still won't have had the whole cast practice together up until three weeks before production.
