beak chance great hitting overcome passing playing serves shots solid top
After the first set he started making a lot of first serves and I didn't play solid enough from the back to have a chance to beak him. On top of that he was playing very well and hitting great passing shots and I wasn't able to overcome that.
affects days disservice extremely few final masters match prepare recover series tournament
I am extremely disappointed to still feel the affects of the final match in Indianapolis. I'd be doing the tournament and myself a disservice to go out there at 50 percent. I'm going to take a few days to recover and prepare for the ATP Masters Series events.
lack last lost match matches pay percent played reason serve year
I lost this match for the same reason I lost 99 percent of my matches over the last year and a half; my serve let me down. He played awesome; he made me pay for my lack of serving.
doubles guess rid shame
I feel like it would be a shame to get rid of doubles, but I guess it's on the doubles players' responsibilities to find a way to make it lucrative.
good second serve
It was disappointing, but more frustrating than anything else. My serve really let me down today. I didn't have enough good first or second serves.
bit chin
It's a bit of a bummer, but I just have to take it on the chin and keep working on it.
double easy etiquette face fault grey hits misses
If you have etiquette saying, 'you can't really get in a guy's face that much when he hits a double fault or if he misses an easy ball,' then absolutely. He is in the grey area.
bit experts kindness matches react second seeing seem side
I don't really react too much to what they say, ... I think they kind of see what they want to see. They seem to be experts on my tennis, seeing me play one or two matches a year. I find that a bit humorous. You know, there's always a second side to a story.
bit expert few jim lose matches people react seeing seem
I don't really react too much to what Patrick McEnroe and Jim Courier says. They kind of see what they want to see sometimes. I've had discussions with a few people why I lose matches. They seem to be the expert on my tennis, seeing me play one or two matches a year. I find that a bit humorous.
bar bit moving step
We just have to try to step up and be a little bit better, ... just keep moving the bar up a little bit.
best chance cruise games later serves service sooner
He's going to cruise through a lot of service games because he's got one of the best serves in the world, but sooner or later I'll get the chance to break.
face gets style
He gets in your face a little bit, that's his style of game,
face gets matches style won
He gets in your face a little bit, but that's his style of game, ... He's won a lot of matches doing that. If I was his coach, I'd say keep doing that.
felt physically
Physically I felt great. He didn't put me under that much pressure.
