Tomas made some really timely saves for us and we went the other way with it. We play them so often, you never want to give them a glimpse of hope that they're in the hockey game.

Those short-handed goals are always hard to swallow. It really flips things around and gives them energy on their bench. But if it happens, you should still be able to bounce back.

We're not looking behind us now, we're not going to look behind us at all. We're trying to catch Detroit. We're trying to make sure we've got home-ice advantage. There are still (28) games left in the season, so there is a lot of work to be done. We have the guys in the room to do it.

It's not something that I do very often but if I got a chance and was in the right position, right time, had some good speed. I thought throwing a little frustration out ? we weren't playing overly well ? I just thought I'd get a good hit in.

It's been awful. Teams are starting to pressure us more than they used to.

They did make some adjustments on us. We'd been gaining the blue line with ease, but they made some adjustments so that we couldn't get it in easily or we had to dump the puck in. They also really pressured us on the half wall.

They wanted to come here and steal one in our barn, and they did. Now we have to get one in theirs.

It kind of swings momentum our way. They score that goal, they've got all the momentum, they're coming after us. Tomas makes the big save, we go down, we make it 4-1, 5-1, then the game is out of reach.
