We'll be expecting a little bit of anything. When you have a team that has struggled and you need a big spark, what you would try to do is create some blitz to maybe hit the quarterback, cause a fumble, scoop it up and go score, get those kind of touchdowns.
We actually get along I think very well, ... I talk with Phil every time I see him.
We're not a great passing team because our quarterback is not a scrambler and our protection is pretty good, not super, so we have to pick our spots, we just can't fire it 35, 40 times or something bad is going to happen,
To play a team like this and get your quarterback hit time after time after time
We'll still have competition in the field goal department.
It hurts more. You go on the road, nobody knows.
It hurts more. He's on his last chance around here. He knows it, and we'll see if he can make it.
We're not getting rid of anybody. We are readjusting the defensive coach and we are going to hire a defensive line coach.
We beat some teams we hadn't beaten in a long time. They don't own our butts anymore.
Y'all never had a coach apologize for the performance around here? Is that what you're saying? Huh? Really?
Timmy has learned from everyone he's been around and put it together. He knows how to develop a team chemistry. He knows that everyone has to have their role. From where he came from, he appreciates everybody. I'm sure the people who clean up and answer phones love Timmy. He makes everyone feel important.
We'll go let Antonio throw it around and run it around and see if we can make some plays and stay on the field offensively and slow them down defensively, ... If we do those things we certainly believe we have a chance to beat Auburn.
We'll get him ready. He's been in the league quite a while. He should be able to pick up on what we're doing.
We were just talking about who was the fastest in uniform, and I said Mike West. He got a good jump and he was gone. That's why we've got him at receiver. We're just teaching him how to run routes now.
