The second half, we just had some breakdowns on both ends of the floor. We had open looks at the 3, but it didn't go down. We just weren't able to get anything consistent inside.

Utah State really shot the ball well. I thought we did a great job on their post guys in the first half, and their perimeter guys kind of hurt us. Then in the second half, we did a better job on the perimeter, but the post guys kind of took it to us.

Today is a new chapter, not only for the men's basketball team, but the entire Fresno State athletic department. We feel the NCAA has treated us fairly. This was the most dysfunctional game I've ever been in. This was the first time this year that we did not play as a team. Whatever the issues were, we did not compete on either end of the floor. In the last seven or eight minutes we finally started guarding people and that's when we made our run.

You to have to appreciate when you beat a quality team. You have to enjoy the fact that the game plan was executed, that we competed and just had an all-around contribution. You just have to enjoy it even for a little bit.
