against chances difference finishing good higher rate regardless team waiting
You always get chances (to score) against a good team, and the difference is that they were finishing their chances at a much higher rate than we were. Regardless of how they scored their first goal, (they had) chances before that to get on the board. That's something we're waiting to see our team put together.
basically campaign influence media money opinion public raw
We don't have money for a big media campaign to influence public opinion, so I think what we're going to see is basically public opinion in its raw form.
charge environment guys happen helped kids lights nighttime pay planting point product recognize seeds together viable
Those guys put together a presentation to show that, if we were to charge for games, when the break-even point would happen (where we could) pay for lights in the stadium. Planting those seeds helped our administration recognize that we do have a viable product to have a nighttime environment that kids can come out and watch.
denies good gotten guys halves learned louis opponent pressed second space stepped steps struggled team together
We pressed them and stepped up a lot higher. St. Louis struggled to put their combinations together. Going into this game, I didn't think we were a good pressing team, but the guys showed me a lot of character. I learned something about our team more than anything that we can be a team that steps up and denies a lot of space for the opponent to play. In hindsight, had we put two halves together like the second half, we may have gotten the win.
good location sort
We didn't sort of cherry-pick the location where we'd get a good result, so I think it will be more meaningful.
channel definitely hard highest markets mix public terms
It's definitely the highest rated pre-school show on Cable. It's difficult to mix markets that way in terms of ratings. It's hard to tell, you know, where channel 12, or Public Television, is.
beyond hard hope kids last lasts love perhaps theater watch
It's really hard to say how long the show will last and will continue. I hope it lasts for a very long time. As long as kids watch it, anyway. But beyond this, sure, I would love to be doing film. I'd love to be doing more theater and perhaps even writing.
animated couple episodes fully knew questioned whether
I knew early on after the first couple episodes were fully scored and animated that we had a real quality show here. But I always questioned whether or not it would work.
children fans goes heard nine people recognize sixteen watching year
I mean, that's another big surprise of the show, is that I see sixteen year old people who recognize me and they're honest, for-real fans of the show. And it goes down to nine months. I mean, I've heard of nine month to year-old children who are watching the show.
focus left longer office seemed
I left Tim's office a different man. All the little things that had been stressing me out no longer seemed as important and, as a result, I was able to focus on the things that really matter.
focus left longer office seemed
I left Tim's office a different man, ... All the little things that had been stressing me out no longer seemed as important and, as a result, I was able to focus on the things that really matter.
balls final game hoping job minutes pick picking praying theirs
In the final 12 to 13 minutes of the game, we were just hoping and praying that we could pick balls up that were dropping. But they did a better job picking them up, and the game was theirs at that point.
great kid sure target tremendous work
In the 4-4-2 shape, Bonnell is for sure one of the two (forwards). He's a target forward. He's got a tremendous work rate. He's a great kid and a great player.
atmosphere bringing built cheering create effort energy family field games good home job polite section similar student students
The atmosphere at our games is just way too polite and dull. We need that student energy to create a home field advantage. We've built a family base, but we haven't done a good job at bringing the students in. We're making a real concerted effort to try and create this cheering section that's similar to Yost but without the vulgarities.
