All I have on them is some box scores from their playoff games. We haven't played them in any of my eight years as coach. All I know is we have to hit better than we did on Tuesday.

We were flat the first time through the order, so I told my team we needed to make something happen on the bases and make them throw the ball around.

We have a young team, with a whole new infield, but our seniors are in good positions. The move worked out pretty good.

We had been waiting for the power. We showed it in practice and the power came through today.
best hurt lose people teams
We did lose on errors, but people didn't think we'd get this far. Our inexperience hurt us today. We only had two seniors, but we were right there with one of the best teams in the state.
emily might pitcher younger
A younger pitcher might have been more worried, but Emily was just fine.

The flu is going around here and Emily has seemed to come down with it. She threw a little bit today, but I won't know until I talk to her (Friday) if she'll be able to pitch or not.
