Shaun Edward Alexanderis a former American football running back who played for the Seattle Seahawks and Washington Redskins of the National Football League. Everything that happens, he always tells us before it happens. So it's kind of like, 'Oh, Mike said this.' That gives you great confidence in everything, that it's going to happen exactly how he said, so you can be relaxed and comfortable.
Mike says when you get to Detroit everything goes by so fast that you really don't even feel like it's real preparation.
