It is true they are private clubs. My experience has been though you can get that membership whether you're a resident or tourist at any one of these places. I personally believe that the private club issue in Utah is outdated. I think that if we want to have a place for people to drink we should let them have a place to drink.

When you get to that size, that's where government really does have a purpose, have a role. We have regulations, but I just don't believe they're tight enough right now.
