It is not very often that a group is told that the doors of Appropriations are open for us to ask them about their needs. But, for this group, for the Guard and its families, it is. We will find the money to take care of them if other parts of the government won't.
If we've got the money, we should use it.

If I thought the situation were that dire, than I would hope the governor would come to the legislature and say this is really serious we need to address it immediately.
