I think a lot of times we got caught standing in the paint, so there wasn't a lot of opportunity for the perimeter players to drive. Once we spaced the court and screened and cut - do the things we do - it was difficult for them to keep up.

Regardless, we knew she'd want us to come back to Europe and go for the gold. While it was shocking when it happened, at the same time we knew what we had to do.

Our offense was not as effective. I would not say our energy level was low. But, it was not tip top. I felt I needed to do something to step up my game.

If someone has to take them especially at crunch time then I'd rather take the shot. I'm not saying that my teammates can't make the shots, but I'd like them to come to me every time.
