We couldn't run the ball at all in the first half. They stuffed us up front. We've got a lot of work to do in that area.

I was very disappointed early in the game by the defense. We got caught off guard a little bit. We were expecting a mix of run and pass. After we answered their touchdown we settled down.

They all did what they're supposed to do. Everybody played real good at times but everybody has things they can improve on.

Both have good speed and they've got athleticism and they've been able to get bigger and stronger. They're not as physical as George (Peterson), but they're as athletic or a little more so. But they're not as powerful. That's an issue.

Every place Chip has been, he's gotten a little bit from. The whole key is going out and finding out what people do well, how they do it, and how they coach it. And then fitting it into what our plans are.

We made a lot of big plays. We had a lot of long passes. And they held the ball on us a little bit. I think defensively we need to be a little more consistent.

It's not a real in-depth thing. I trust him enough that I know the offense is going to be sound and we'll offer a new wrinkle or two each week.

It's always good to get ahead of people. I was nervous. I feel they're a better football team than they showed. I know as we go we've got to play better. We've got to be more consistent.
