erase helped last loss memory ready team win
The only way to erase that memory is to win the tournament. If we lose, it will be just as devastating as last year. But I think that last year's loss has helped this team get ready for this tournament.
ahead finals helped last looking loss motivated pain past team year
I think last year's loss in the finals has helped this team with our focus. The pain of last year has really motivated this team, and I don't think you'll see us looking ahead or past any team.
crunch four game glass job last lose nice stupid three time win
It was encouraging that we did a nice job on the glass but at the same time when you get to crunch time, those (mistakes) are the things that win you the game or lose you the game. We just had stupid turnovers the last three or four minutes.
affected carried last loss motivated past tournament win
Last year's loss was so devastating, I think it's carried on to this season. I don't think it's affected us, but it's motivated us. The only way to get past that loss completely is to win the tournament this year.

progress ran steam third tonight
I think we're making some progress but tonight we ran out of steam in the third period,
address practice work
We have a lot of work to do in our own end and we'll address some things in practice,
game knew pain until won
We were so devastated. The pain never went away until we won this game tonight, for me at least. I knew that was the only way that I could get over that loss.
happen
It's going to happen someday. I told our guys, why not us and why not this year?
flying glass normally whatever
They (Western) were just flying to the glass and that's normally how we play. For whatever reason, we didn't get after it like I thought we would.
bad game given offensive rebounds
Twenty-two offensive rebounds has to be the most we've given up all year. Hopefully, we got our bad game out of the way.
