People see him (Mayer) and they must think, 'Oh my god he has to be good' and it can be a hard thing to deal with. He has kept his composure. He is very even keeled. Nothing upsets him too much or gets him too excited.

We did struggle offensively and it wasn't just one person, it was all of us.
