forward game looked
We've looked more forward to every game than any other team.
guys hates
He's just a winner. He is one of those guys who just hates to lose.
anyone good guard hit jones jump step
I don't know if we have anyone who can guard him. Jones has always been good in the lane, but now he can step out and hit jump shots.
coaching great growth proud
I know from a coaching standpoint, like proud parents, it's great to see the little growth during the season.
endure hope people season tougher
I hope no one has to endure a season like we had to endure because it's a lot tougher than people would ever realize.
achievement athletic basketball behalf extremely family good privileged proud represent stand terrific worth
On behalf of the Baylor basketball family we are extremely proud and privileged to have these terrific basketball players, and more importantly good people, represent our program. They stand for a century's worth of athletic achievement at this University.
aaron coach dreams knight losing might second seeing shooting tried
In the first half, we tried too hard. In the second half, Aaron said we're not losing this game, and everything rolled from there. I think coach Knight might be seeing Aaron shooting those jumpers in his dreams tonight.
position proud team
I'm so proud with what this team has been able to endure. No team has been put in the position we were.
hope situation
I just hope it's a situation that no one else ever has to go through.
body came good people proud tough
Curtis came in with a Big 12 body. It's tough for people to overpower him. He's very good offensively, but we're really proud of the way he's progressed defensively.
best gives good improve tonight work
It's good to get back in the routine. The best thing from tonight is it gives us a steppingstone on what we can work on and improve on as a team.
created finishing handling job people pressured tough
They really pressured the perimeter and with pressuring the perimeter, it made it tough for us to get people open, so it created more one-on-one play. We've got to do a better job of finishing then and handling that kind of pressure.
cushion pleased second
At least this game, we were in it. They had the cushion in the second half, but it wasn't a 30-point game. I was pleased with how we competed for 40 minutes.
ability athletic talent
They have the talent and the athletic ability and the depth. They are right there.
