chilled cold far pulled seen solid sun winter
The winter here's cold and bitter, it's chilled us to the bone. We haven't seen the sun for weeks, too long too far from home. I feel just like I'm sinking, and I claw for solid ground. I'm pulled down by the undertow, I never thought I could feel so

These are a different group of people and I've got to pay my dues all over again. I've got to show them that I have the capability to do this. And I have absolutely no problem doing that.
ability classes college coming courses grasp harder high learning material situation students taken terms work
Courses such as physics, which I hadn't taken before coming here, was of course challenging. Every year I've been nervous about learning new dives. That's why my degree of difficulty is not that great. I learned new ones (this year) like an inward one and a half and a front double. That was a big stride for me. They are not the greatest or the biggest dives, but they got me where I am.

There's power lines, trees, utility poles and everything else on the road. I didn't care if I was going to have to move the trees myself.

There was a lot of fiction I did not enjoy, whose landscapes seemed bland and unevocative, the characters faint-hearted within them, the very words lacking vibrancy.

There was a little movie I did called 'Women In Trouble' that a friend of mine made. That, to me, was a very satisfying project. It was shot so quickly during the writer's strike, and there was no money. It was a really fun project.
