Sarah Will is a paralympic skier who spent 11 years on the U.S. Disabled Ski Team. During this time, she earned a record 13 medalswhile competing in four Winter Paralympic Games between 1992 and 2002. Will serves as a ski instructor and is otherwise active in the Vail community. She was named to the United States Olympic Hall of Fame in July 2009 and is a nominee for the U.S. Ski and Snowboard Hall of Fame...

I guess I made friends with people who were not too much the party type. But I was never the type of person who would like to party too much. I never felt the urge to do that, I much prefer going downtown for a dinner or a movie. So it didn't matter whether I was younger.

I have classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays so that doesn't work well with a track schedule. But I told the girls I'll still run with them on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. I just didn't want to stretch myself too thin and not be able to give them the time they deserve. I'll stay involved because I don't think I can stop.

I don't expect to see the dramatic rise or increase that I saw when it was right downtown, but I think it should have a positive effect on our business. I would rather it be downtown, of course, but I'm a downtown girl.

I don't even think it's the exercise that's the biggest problem. It's all right here. I get too anxious about making the shot and as soon as I want to make it, I miss it.
