That's my favorite event and I just liked going out and running it and we had the top two places today. I'm pretty well focused on the 800.

It was my first 400 this year. I pretty much just went out as hard as I could. I just gave whatever I had.
close fast felt stick tried
I tried to stick with (Belinda) so it would be pretty close the whole way. It was tough, but it felt good. I didn't think I was going to be that fast today.
felt good needed run
In the 1,600, I just wanted to go out and place. I like the 800 best, but I will run the mile. It felt good ... it was what we needed today.
