It was miserable. Dries out your eyes. Imagine someone taking a blow dryer to your face, but cold. And all the shrapnel, like the particles of dirt flying in front. Wind is the hardest condition to play in, even worse than snow if you can believe that.

The hardest thing to do is to separate your hitting from your catching. If you can't do that, you can't have success in this game. You want to be a complete player, but defense has to take precedence. I view myself where I can find a way to relate what the pitcher has and how to use it. That's my job.
