agreement background fit great head highly line meant mike offense offensive orleans praise received regarded saints sean staff worked
Bret comes to us as a highly regarded coach. Garrick has worked with him, as well as Mike Dunbar . He also received some high praise from Sean Payton (New Orleans Saints head coach), who was a part of my staff at Miami, and that meant a lot to me. Everyone is in agreement Bret will be a great fit for our staff. He has the background to do some great things with our offensive line and the offense as a whole.
beat drive line rival win
That was our drive tonight. We wanted to get a win back. They are a rival and you want to beat a rival. But a lot more was on the line tonight.
coach head line push shoulders square
My coach told me to put my shoulders square and my head down to push it through (the line). My line did their job.
ball basketball free line mysterious reason shots three threw throw
We couldn't get to the free throw line for some mysterious reason. We couldn't get a three to go down, we didn't make enough shots and threw the ball away too much.
best debating decisions fifth flawed line method ranked team
It's a flawed method, but if any other method were used I think it would be worse. All the way up and down the line there would be decisions and you could be debating it forever. And a team could be ranked fifth or 105th, but if they're the best team, they're going to win.
confidence identity line offensive players special trying
We are getting better and our confidence is building. We're trying to find the identity of the offense. We have special players around us, and the offensive line is just doing what it has to do.
added additional building facility feet left line main square wash
We still have some landscaping left to do and our backlog has doubled. Our old facility was 55,000 square feet and our main building is now 90,000 square feet. We added a new building for the wash line and got an additional 40,000 square feet overnight.
bottom gambling line realize whether
The bottom line is gambling is here to stay, whether we go away or not. I think they realize that part.
bottom came everybody hard hats line
I think the bottom line is everybody came back and put their hard hats on and said we want to get better.
bit both confident drawn frank grew knew line mind people policing reputation sat screaming southern tough validated watched
I just sat back and watched him - he was so confident which I think is really important for a director. He never wavered. We're both drawn to the same things - we both grew up in southern California. He told me he appreciates a challenge. He knew it was going to be tough and I like him for for that. Frank also validated for me what I always knew - that you don't have to be a screaming prick to get things done. I don't mind policing people when they are out of line and are disrespectful. I have a bit of a reputation for that.
control gun momentum normally run side surprised tried worked
We tried to keep the momentum on our side and control the tempo. We don't normally play a run and gun style, so I was surprised that when we sped up the game, it actually worked in our favor.
hole inside might tried
We tried to get one inside on him. We thought we might have had a hole there but he made the adjustment.
believe buy count decisions falls instead kids major regular shut six starting team tech
We just want the kids to attack. We'll count up the takedowns at the end of the year. We want them to be aggressive, to not shut down for six minutes. We want them going for major decisions instead of regular decisions, tech falls instead of majors, falls instead of tech falls. We want them getting team points, to buy into the team concept, and they're starting to believe in it.
adding bricks
We just got keep adding bricks to the mansion.
