believe buy count decisions falls instead kids major regular shut six starting team tech
We just want the kids to attack. We'll count up the takedowns at the end of the year. We want them to be aggressive, to not shut down for six minutes. We want them going for major decisions instead of regular decisions, tech falls instead of majors, falls instead of tech falls. We want them getting team points, to buy into the team concept, and they're starting to believe in it.
coaches couple frustrated hard hopefully kept kids last next pleased progress proud
Sometimes, I know as coaches we've been frustrated over the last couple years. But the kids have kept working hard and made progress. The program's growing. We're proud of the results. Not satisfied, hopefully we'll do better next year. But I'm pleased with the progress we've made the last couple years.
cut four kids last penalties position win
We had four turnovers last week, ... That's not going to put you in a position to win. We've had a lot of penalties off and on this year. We need to cut down on all of those things. You can't win doing that and our kids know that. We just have to keep on working.
champ deserves district hard kids tyler worker
Tyler is one of those kids who deserves this more than anyone. He's a hard worker and he wanted it. Now he's a district champ and no one can take that away from him.
ball great kids
Truckee's a great ball team. Those kids are physical. They play hard. They get after you.
great kids work
To see that the work is still going on is a blessing. Being able to be communicate with the kids and make friends was also a great blessing.

We are so proud of our Eagle Award winners and our championship teams. All of the GBA players worked extremely hard this year on their community service projects and on the court. We thank our sponsors for giving these kids a positive summer activity.
drop everyday help kids life tony
I told Tony it won't be an everyday thing. My wife's going to need some help with the kids before and after school, and I don't want to drop everything on her. I want her to have a life as well.
bit crackers dinner kids knew lunch pocket resident strength tear telling walking
It makes you tear up a bit just to see that the kids can do something for you. There's one resident who knew that I did not have breakfast, lunch or dinner yesterday. At 10 at night, she was shoving crackers in my pocket telling me to keep my strength up as we were walking through here. I made her take them back, but they try and give back as well too.
kids superman time
Superman Returns. It's the first time ever kids can make Superman fly.
believing efforts exactly expected football games good guys handful including individual kids might opportunity players potential realize seven start team until wins
Until our kids start believing in the potential they have, that's exactly what it will be - just potential, ... We're getting some good individual efforts from a handful of guys but we're not getting it from a lot of others. Everyone, including us coaches, expected big things from this bunch. But if the players don't realize the opportunity they have, we might end up being just another better-than-average Hilliard football team that wins seven games or so.
days excited fine focus kids since tune work
We still have some things we need to work on. But the kids are excited about to be in the semifinals. It's been a while since we've been there. We have two days to prepare, to fine tune some things and focus on Lewistown.
kids learn players staff
Our players and staff learn more than the kids do.
afraid ask kids
They're fine, the kids we've got here. They know their place. They're not afraid to ask questions. But they're very aggressive. I like that.
