Until our kids start believing in the potential they have, that's exactly what it will be - just potential, ... We're getting some good individual efforts from a handful of guys but we're not getting it from a lot of others. Everyone, including us coaches, expected big things from this bunch. But if the players don't realize the opportunity they have, we might end up being just another better-than-average Hilliard football team that wins seven games or so.
defense needs searching week work
We're searching for chemistry. Our defense needs to come together, and they know that. I think they're going to work on that all week this week.

We've got a very educated and skilled work force that is not stupid. They understand the implications of (the proposed contract) and they voted accordingly.

We have to get better in the mental aspects of the game, ... That's true for both the pitchers and hitters. The pitchers can't be giving up hits on 0-2 counts like we have, and the hitters have to find a way to get the runner over when he's on second with no outs.

We want every student trained to a specific standard before he or she ever goes into a clinical area. We're taking as much responsibility for stopping the nursing shortage as we can.

We were trapping at bad times. I don't know why we did that. We don't play like that. We play good team defense.

We're still at a point where we don't want to be. Obviously, we've got to come out and really lose a lot of the penalties.

We're getting the apartments furnished now. Hopefully within two weeks, we'll have everybody housed.

When we bought it, there was no recognizable standard in place for utilities, the runway and for many of the buildings. Anytime you go from old dilapidated and crummy to new, it's going to cost something. We've given tenants at the airport the opportunity to lease something new.

bonded definitely energy great guy kyle
We bonded right after the tragedy. Kyle was unbelievable. He was definitely not defeated, he was the energy guy and he's emotionally tough. He had a great week.

We are getting better and our confidence is building. We're trying to find the identity of the offense. We have special players around us, and the offensive line is just doing what it has to do.
