My visualization takes place before, the day before, all during the game and even into the game itself, you know, what I want to do on the next play, what I want to do on the next shift. I definitely use that strategy.

I've spent a lot of time doing the fitness stuff, taking it to the next level. I guess that I'm kind of evidence that if you stick to a game plan and work hard, that good things can happen and maybe you can have the opportunity to do something that you love, which I've been fortunate enough to do.

I've been there and I've gone through what I am trying to relate to them, as far as what kind of message and doing your all, just things like that, so those are the things that I can gain from lacrosse to give back to the kids.

As soon as I could hold a stick, I was pretty much out there, I was trying to get after it. It is just something I love and it combines a lot of different sports and I just kind of took to it.
