Who knows what crises situations there might be when people are placed in that position and they're not developed? ... I'm not saying that I won't run again, but I'd have to feel something really, really special in order to stay.

I enjoy this arena, ... There is nothing more empowering than knowing who you are, that you are where you are supposed to be, and that you're doing what you're supposed to do. Right now, this is what I'm supposed to do, but I know ultimately there's more for me to do than this and I look forward to doing it.

The convention center itself is not going to be a cure-all for this city, ... But you're already seeing more retail stores coming into the city, bringing new sales taxes, and new homes being built and bringing in more tax revenues. This is all going to make a difference.

I think it's extremely important that we get these property owners to the table because I'd hate to see somebody build something that nullifies the whole plan just because they don't like something about it.

I know where I shop and I know almost everyone over there on a first-name basis. These people are my supporters and they let me know that on a daily basis.
