I thought some of our guys wrestled tight. When they did that, they didn't have a lot in their performance.

I was proud of the way all six of our guys wrestled. We were picked to finish 12th, and they battled all weekend to do much better than that.

We pinned when we had close matches tonight. It seemed like when we got them to their back, we were aggressive.

Everyone left wrestled well tonight. All four (in the consolation bracket) have the chance to make it into the medal rounds.
couple good guys
It was good to see the pins. But there were a couple of guys who could have wrestled a little better.

We still saw some of our inexperience today. That will be the case, but there were still some steps of improvement.
aggressive close second wrestle
We started to wrestle more aggressive the second two duals. Even in the close matches, we wrestled better.

To beat a state runner-up like that was impressive. You have to give Brice credit for that.

For those two to get a win and move on, it's big for them. The more experience the better, and they're assured of at least two matches today).
