bringing car coming definitely eventually finish focused forward front last michigan run running team track weekend win
We're bringing the same car that we always run at Bristol. We usually finish in the top-ten so it's definitely a track that we look forward to coming to. We were disappointed after last weekend in Michigan over not getting the win when our car was so fast, but the team is really focused on running up front week in and week out. We're going to win one of these things eventually so we'll keep working at it.
best bringing dealing exciting fans few forward gets good looking mixed practice race racing teammates tested weekend weeks
We're looking forward to this weekend racing here at home. It's always an exciting race for the fans and we're bringing one of our best cars. Some of our teammates tested at Lowe's a few weeks ago with mixed results. Matt's Busch team tested there also and had a good run. So we'll see what we're dealing with once practice gets going.
again bringing california car chicago contender executing focused forward gained guys last looking michigan pit points pumped several spots team weekend win
Our team is really pumped right now. With our win last weekend, we gained several spots in the points and are still a contender for the Chase. The guys will be really focused this weekend on executing their pit stops. We're bringing our Chicago and Michigan car to California and it's done well for us, so we're looking forward to being competitive again this weekend.
although bringing car consistent couple crashes due finishes generally good involved likes matt number past racing run shape
I think we'll be in good shape for Dover. Matt really likes racing there and although our finishes haven't been consistent due to some crashes we've been involved in over the past couple of years, we generally do run well there. Car number 39 has been good to us this season, especially lately, and we're bringing it to Dover. It should be a good weekend.
cars chase good group looked prepared races run saving tests
Saving those many tests (last year) looked good on paper, but to try to take the group you have and run tests and run races and keep cars prepared during the Chase was too much to ask,
committed focused gotten last learned matt richmond somewhere stayed team tested week wild
It all comes down to this weekend. We tested at Richmond last week and learned about a lot of things that didn't work. Hopefully, we can take what we know and get the right set up on our car. Matt and the team have stayed committed and focused and have gotten us this far, somewhere that at times we didn't think we'd be. So this is it -- it should be a wild night!
cars coming early enjoyed expect fortunate good great guys high job momentum point recent setting success track vegas weekend whenever
We've been fortunate enough to have really good racecars whenever we unload at Vegas over the years and I really don't expect this weekend to be any different. The guys do a great job setting these cars up. Obviously, at this point it's too early to tell how the weekend will go, but we've got some momentum and we're coming to a track where we've enjoyed some success in recent years. We're coming in with high expectations.
understand
I don't understand any of it at all.
hopefully issue quite setup spring tested
We tested in Martinsville back in the spring but still didn't quite get the setup right for the first race. We've addressed that issue and hopefully will be better this weekend.
charlotte coming focused good hit hopefully issue looking positive quite rebound spring staying strong tested took track weekend
We tested in Martinsville back in the spring but still didn't quite get the set-up right for the first race. We've addressed that issue and hopefully will be better this weekend. We took a hit at Charlotte over the weekend and are looking to rebound from that. Martinsville historically has not been a good track for us but we're staying positive and focused on coming out with a strong finish.
guys written
When everyone had written us out of the chase, that spurred these guys on, and we weren't going to go down without a fight.
applied came cars changed work
We were able to work out some kinks and came back and changed some cars around and applied what we learned.
analyzing bracket broken failure flat looks maybe tire
They're still analyzing it. It looks like we maybe had a brake bracket failure or something, I really don't know. The tire is flat and we've got some broken parts, so we've got to take a look at what happened.
competition help hurt maybe saved
A lot of our competition has saved tests. Maybe that will help them, maybe it will hurt them.
