finally found stepped
Finally the upperclassmen have stepped up, and we've found some leadership. We've become disciplined with our penalties.
goals kept simon west
We did a lot of things well (against West Orange). We kept Jacob Simon (23 goals and 23 assists) in check.
bridge gave good team
Old Bridge is a very, very good team, but we gave them a fight, just like every team we played.
carry guys load people step
There are a lot of young guys who relied on guys like (graduated stars) Gregg Amato and Pete Carroll to carry the load in big games. We've had some other people step up.
ben games knew
We knew it would take five, 10 games for Ben to get back into it. When you're away from the game for a year, it's going to take you a while to get going. Now he's back where we want him to be.
adjust people took
It took a while for people to adjust to new positions.
blue excited major
I think that?s a major part of what we do -- take the body. I thought we were real physical, especially at the blue line. I?m real excited to play Old Bridge.
games gone hard positive puck
I think that we battled very hard (in the semifinal). The puck went their way. It could have gone our way a lot of times. But there are positive games and this was one of them.
against besides game goals letting playing stay tough
He's playing solid. He had one tough game against Hillsborough (an 8-1 loss). Besides that, the goals we've been letting up have been power-play goals. If we stay out of the box, we're going to be successful.
definitely game great guys help jay later
I just told the guys I definitely think we take Jay Amato for granted. He?s going to help us later on. This was just a great game for everyone.
help next schedule tough
We had a competitive schedule. It was a tough schedule and we were very young this year. It will really help us next year.
