This was a tough loss for us. We were off a step on our man-to-man defense and because of it we sent them to the line and they capitalized on it.

It was a must-win. If we are going to get a home tournament game we had to win tonight.

He carries himself well despite his age. We played him up a couple times last year, and he did a good job. He shows good presence in the huddle and on the field.
defense guessing job point takes
I'm guessing at this point the defense will be our strength. They know what it takes to get the job done.
coming heavy kids minutes relying seniors step until younger
You can see we are relying heavily on our seniors. It's their year. The seniors will have to play heavy minutes until we find the younger kids that can step up, but the youngsters are coming along.
