Obviously we caught a break when he went out because they're not the same team without Vince Carter. Our bench was huge. This was one of those nights when we needed everybody to play well, and they did.

I can't remember the last time we had 25 assists. That had a lot to do with it. Everybody hung in and played an important part.

With 18 games left, I think everybody is getting into a playoff mode here. Let's face it, from five on down to eight, there's going to be two or three games separating (the teams). So each win is really vital.

The last couple games we've gotten things back on track a little bit and we've got to keep going in that vein. We still are not in (the playoffs). We have a long way to go. We missed shots and didn't do a good job defensively. When you let the other team shoot 75 percent in the first quarter, you're going to dig a hole. We have to do better in all areas.

We have to establish some consistency. We have to have more intensity on defense because that leads to opportunities on offense.
