daily games himself improvement nba next physical played six
These next six games he has to get himself conditioned back to the NBA game. I thought he played well. There's daily improvement in his physical redevelopment.

The story of the game, statistically anyway, is the turnovers.
against great guys hung looking team tough
Things weren't looking great after the first quarter. But our guys hung in there and got two sub-20-point quarters, and that's tough against a team like Sacramento.
great looking
Things weren't looking great after the first quarter.
guys open split timing
The way it happened, there were some guys open for a split second. The timing was just off enough that we couldn't get anything.
decisions good hope percent playoff tough
There won't be any tough decisions when it comes to determining who to keep on the playoff roster. Our hope then is we can get back to 100 percent good health.
ability defensive feet game good
Early, you could tell he was getting his feet under him. As the game went on, you could see the things he has the ability to do offensively and defensively. He's going to be a very good defensive player.
consistent defensive hard mistake time
During this 15-game period, we had competed hard on a consistent basis. And tonight, we had a let down from that. We just didn't have it. Every time we would make a run, we'd make a defensive mistake and they'd get a three.
character dress feeling good great guys indicator last league might people players quality team terms various year
There's a feeling that our players are misinterpreted and a little misunderstood because of various factors. Dress would be one of them. As a league, we know we have good people. We have great guys on our team. . . . I feel like what our team did last year (after the brawl) is a much better indicator of the character and quality of people in our league than anything else people might want to surmise in terms of perception.
decision errors forcing fourth terrible tough undoing
Our decision making and turnovers were our undoing in the fourth quarter. We were forcing them to take tough shots, and then we just made terrible errors down the stretch.
advantage again available care chance clear coaching david gets great guys opportunity period staff
Opportunity is available for everybody. I think it's pretty clear that the coaching staff doesn't care who gets the minutes. We have to find guys that are opportunistic, that take advantage when they get a chance and can do it over a period of time. It was great for David to have a great game; now he has to do it again and keep doing it. That's where it's going to get tougher.
bank basketball fate hard left minutes pierce position types
We didn't play a full, hard 48 minutes of basketball and we left too much to chance. You have those types of let-ups and tempt fate with a Pierce bank shot. We're not in a position to do that.
chances scores string together
We had some chances down the stretch, but we couldn't string together consecutive scores and stops. That was the story when all is said and done.
