both ends great point starting talked time together
It's something I talked to A.J. about. At some point it was probably going to be time to make that switch. A.J. has been great about communicating back with me about it. Jermaine and Tinsley need to be together in the starting lineup on both ends of the floor.
both cheeks efficient ends figuring great higher job last playing standards team
They are a well-balanced team that has become very efficient at both ends of the floor. I think (coach Maurice) Cheeks has done a great job of figuring out a lineup. A lot of it is going to come back to Iverson and Webber because they are two great players. Iverson, in the last two weeks, he's been playing by his standards at a higher level.
both ends night quarter reason seem stagnant won
It just didn't seem like we were really right all night. I don't have a reason why that is. Even in the first quarter when we won it by two. We were stagnant at both ends and never really got anything sustained.
against both certain chance court ends good ourselves perfect precise win
We're doing some things better, but we're not a perfect team. We have to do things a certain way and we have to be very precise at both ends of the court to give ourselves a chance to win against good teams, especially on the road.
both ends floor good
He did some good things. We have to keep working him on both ends of the floor with what we do.
adversity bad both ends felt guy himself respond strong
Harrison felt bad about the suspension. I thought he atoned himself in a very strong way with his play at both ends of the court. That's what you want to see, a guy respond to adversity when things aren't going well all the time.
feeling
We're going to see how he's feeling tomorrow.
good
When we had good shots, we couldn't get them to go. We weren't good enough tonight, and they were very good, really, for the whole game.
admit areas category
We can do better in some areas and we will. I admit we all have to do better. I put myself in that category as well.
concerns games starting win
We're going to have to win a lot of games, starting with getting our first win, and that's really the only thing that concerns me right now.
based evaluate finding games group guys three
We're finding out more about this group every game. We have a lot of guys that can contribute, but I have to evaluate it based on performance, the rotation, all those things. These (past) three games will be important to look at.
ball behind eight figure fly pants personnel points score seat terms ways
We're behind the eight ball in terms of our personnel that are available. We're going to have to fly by the seat of our pants here, and figure out enough ways to score enough points and get stops.
awhile hanging hopes
We have to go on the idea that he's not going to be here. We can't be hanging our hopes on his return. It's going to be awhile if he comes back at all.
blame bunch fate lousy quarter third
We have no one to blame but ourselves. You play a lousy third quarter and give up a bunch of turnovers, you're going to tempt fate with that kind of play over a 12-minute period.
