aware himself point situation worked
He said he couldn't play. We weren't approaching it like he would play (against Orlando) and not play (against Miami). It's a situation we're aware of. He's worked himself back to the point where he can play. We'll just play it by ear.
guy referred
He's a guy who can score, yet I don't see him referred to a lot as a big scorer. He's a winner. And he's done it in a lot of different situations.

floor great guy leaders locker
He's an important guy on the floor and an important guy in the locker room, too. He's one of our leaders on this team. It's great having him back.
both careful games held practice ready thin
He's not able to both practice and play games so we've held him out of everything. We have to be careful with him and have him ready to play in each game. We're thin on (big men) right now.
ability ball far high jack means miller nba shoot terms
He's not Reggie Miller from the 3-point line, but he's not far from it in terms of his ability to get the ball in the basket, ... For me, Jack is an NBA shooter. He is an NBA-caliber shooter, which means he's going to shoot in the high 30s (percent) from 3.
against alive character chicago games hopes legitimate playoff showing stretch tough
How we play against Chicago will go a long way in showing what kind of character we have as a team. We've had two games now where we've had disappointing stretches. We're going to have be better than that to keep legitimate playoff hopes alive because we're in a tough stretch right now.
clear stretch
He showed up and it was clear he couldn't play 40 minutes. Down the stretch he was pretty spent. It was tough.
ability closer condition encourage good players shooter strength
I just want him to play his game. We try to encourage our players to play to their strengths. His strength is his vision. He has the ability to be a very good shooter when he's in condition and got his rhythm. He's getting closer to that.
both decisions great played second shots
In the second half, his disposition was different at both ends. He made great decisions, he played unselfishly and he made big shots when we had to have them. We couldn't have done it without him.
control duration easy hope injuries ready sounds
Injuries are going to happen. You don't have any control over it. We just have to hope long-range he's going to be OK. We've got to be ready to go the duration without him, from the sounds of it. So it's not an easy situation.
fairness mistake
In all fairness to Austin, it was probably a mistake to put him out there.
main
I know Vince is still going to be their main guy. That's just who they've been as a team.
favorite forward looking players seeing worked
I'm looking forward to seeing him. He's one of my favorite players I've ever worked with. I'm not looking forward to seeing him in an opponent's uniform.
