You hate to be negative. And you don't like to make excuses. But we have to play a lot more than we have the last couple of weeks. Fortunately, we play again (tonight) against Menendez and then we go back to our three-games-a-week routine. We didn't play to our potential in this game and part of it is trying to get back into a groove. But I think we'll be all right. We're glad to be playing a little more.

We told the girls that they were tasting humble pie for that one. We beat a good Bartram Trail team (on Tuesday) and I guess we felt like people will fall down for us and let us win. It just makes the target on our backs a whole lot bigger.

Devin did a great job. It was senior night, so that was nice. (Parrish) owns us. It doesn't look like she's got that much, but every time we face her, it's a 1-0 or 2-1 game. The bad thing is, we'll probably see her in the first round at district.
