I wasn't really expecting that award. I am very proud of myself. I am honored. It's a good way to go out.

I don't have any authority, but it's like the younger kids on the team think I do. I guess it's because I've been around so long.

We have absolutely nothing to be ashamed of. We played the best team in the state. They were just a better team overall, I think. They had more heart. We didn't play a great game and we just came up short.
front help kept next obviously skating
We obviously wanted to get in front of Burke because we know they can score. We were skating well and just kept it up. I think that should help us next week.
goal hard momentum
That goal killed us between periods. It was hard to get our momentum going again.

He's always positive, never negative. He's just a friendly guy that we can relate to.
