against anybody far match offense pitching takes
We're going to go as far as our pitching takes us. Our offense is going to match up against anybody ...
given good mentality nobody rest shows
That's good for out mentality the rest of the way. It shows nobody in here's given up.
choked ended fastball hit instead knew looking lose pull stayed supposed throwing trying
You really have nothing to lose in that situation. I choked up a little bit, especially with two strikes. I wasn't looking for an offspeed pitch, but I knew he had it. He ended up throwing me another fastball that I stayed on and hit it where I was supposed to hit it instead of trying to pull it.
gotten happened instead run win wish
The one thing I wish would have happened was we would have scored one more run for Milton. I wish he could have gotten a win out of that instead of a no-decision.

confidence couple job last needed playing year
After the last year of playing a couple of new positions, I have confidence that I can do that and get the job done there. I think they have the confidence in me that if they needed to put me somewhere, that I would do the job.
across body few throws took
He's kind of sneaky. He throws across his body and he short-arms his pitches. You've got to feel him out. It took us a few times to get something going off of him.
across body face throws time
He's kind of sneaky. He throws across his body a little bit. The first time you face him, you've got to feel him out a little bit.
everybody goal healthy mentally strong talk talking
He?s a mentally strong guy. I think his goal right now is just to be healthy and not talk about this stuff. That?s his prerogative. There?s not much for him to talk about. Everybody is doing the talking for him.
confidence next playing worrying
I can come in one day and say 'Hey, I'm playing third,' and the next day, 'Hey, I'm playing second,' and have the confidence that I can do it now without worrying about what I'm going to do out there.
bad field good insurance majority somewhere weird
In a weird way, it's good and bad being an insurance policy. Do I like to do it? No, because I know I can play every day. At the same time, if I'm going to play every day somewhere on the field a majority of the time, that's fine.
