Everyone wants to win. This is a good field of teams. This is going to be an exciting event. I personally believe it's a toss up.

The same people are the ones going out their banging it out every meet. Maybe we have too many people standing around and watching. We need to make some changes.
ashamed course hang heads ladies performance repeat scoring similar
The scoring and officiating was very fair. I told the ladies they shouldn't be ashamed and shouldn't hang their heads down, but it was a similar repeat performance of what we have had through the course of the year.

We didn't know much about Sac State, well now we do. They are very good. ... They are certainly going to be a challenge in the WAC.
We just didn't have. That's all I can say.
college hopefully judges meet relationship season seven slip tonight tune
This was a high-scoring meet in relationship to the first seven outings. I thought the judges tonight were very in tune with college scoring. We let it slip away. Hopefully this season doesn't slip away.

We need to continually find performers that have that level of performance and expression on floor. It really brings the crowd into it. ... Once the drum roll in her floor routine starts, they really all get into it.

But, then again, we had a break on floor. It was just a little bit untidy. We almost finished the meet off. It could have been (a great meet) with a couple more floor routines a little more solid, and a couple more bar routines a little more solidly performed.

No, it doesn't (feel like we had our highest score). And I think the girls feel like that, also. I thought they competed very, very well tonight, (but) we just weren't as sharp as I would have expected to be. We still need to work on our landings on vault. We work on it every day.

It's an opportunity to erase the disappointments of this year. ... It certainly would be nice to win it.

We vaulted the best we have vaulted and probably ... had one of the best (floor) performances of the year. The debacle on bars and beam really cost us.

We are all pretty disappointed. Not in the loss to Sac. State, but the appearance of an untrained team.

I thought we had an opportunity of winning this, but a few things would have to happen. It really did develop that way. ... I saw mistakes by Boise State and Southern Utah and felt the door was open for us to win.
asking college far gymnast passion people struggles
People are always asking why she doesn't do more, but she struggles to do what she is doing now. It's commendable for her. Her passion to be a college gymnast far exceeds her fears.
