We have a lot of work to do in some areas but tonight was a good meet for us. We competed well. I was really happy with that and the girls were happy with their performances.

Sam James has set himself up for a tremendous season like last year. He's in really good shape right now. He will look to run 1:53 (in the 800) at this meet. He has it in him and he has worked hard in practice.

She's a super good athlete, good jumping legs on her. She needs to work on here speed and strength a little bit, but she's doing well right now.
