defense practice ready teams whatever
Some teams play man, some teams play zone, so in practice we just go with everything to be ready for whatever defense we're going to play that night,
finding looks spots talking teammates
Sometimes the rim looks like an ocean, ... My teammates were finding me in the right spots and I was talking the right shots.
adjust happen hard playing stay wonder
Sometimes I do wonder why all of this happened, but it must happen for a reason. We'll adjust and stay together. We'll just keep playing hard out there.
battle believes games grind type
These are the type of games we like. I know no one believes us but ... we like to battle it out and just grind it to the end.
care fans fight great lead mixed neither rivalry team
The rivalry's great for the fans and most of the alumni, but we're just out there to take care of business. We never try to get too mixed up into the rivalry because if you get too much into it, that could probably lead into a fight or something on the court. That's something neither team wants.
nervous peace people putting stadium walking waving
Walking into the stadium of 80,000 people was amazing. I was nervous at first, but then I started to get into it, waving at people and putting up the peace sign.
late laundry maybe
Maybe he can do my laundry or go to Domino's late at night.
coming teams
I was shocked. I thought it was a celebration of new teams coming in.
games great learn lose six teams took
You look at the great teams and all the great teams went 30-1, 30-2. They took a loss. You've got to learn when you lose in the beginning, you just have to learn from it. You can never let it be a setback. If it's a setback, you can lose five, six games in a row.
matter seed team
We still have to go out there and play the game. The other team is hungry, just like we are hungry. It doesn't matter once you get out there on the court. If you are a one seed or a 16th seed, once you get into the tournament.
basically coming hunted taking
This year, we're taking a different approach. Basically I think that we are the hunted and they're coming after us.
roll wait
We've got to get it together. We can't wait for them to roll over and die.
far hard reward shows worked
I think it shows you how far we've come. We've been through a lot and we've worked hard to get to this point. It's a reward for all the hard work we've put in.
final hurts next week
It hurts to know that we are not going to be able to play next week in the Final Four.
