against bar good great guy knows nobody player steve till underrated watch
Steve McNair is the most underrated player in the league, bar none, ... Nobody really knows how good this guy is till you go out and play against him on the field. Watch him just try to do things out there, freelancing, having fun, making plays. He's a great quarterback.
ball basically thrown worried
When I was in Pittsbugh, I was basically worried about how many times the ball would be thrown my way,
kindness respond wish
We've got kind of one of those offenses where we respond when we need to. I just wish we could've responded a little earlier.
none regular season sit time worry
The regular season is here now so you don't have time to worry about none of that anyway, ... You've just got to go out and you've got to make it right. You can't sit back and say 'Oh, we've got time.'
believe challenge everybody people ready start week
I think it will be a challenge for us because people are going to start gunning for us now. We've just got to be ready each week to make everybody believe in us.
heading momentum offense pick
Our offense has to go out and be crisp, be sharp. We have to do everything we can, not so much to pick up the defense, but to give us some momentum heading into the playoffs.
ball few foot game games ourselves shot
Some games are just like that. Not every game are you going to come out and sling the ball around. We shot ourselves in the foot a few times.
based black diamond drives drove fancy liked perception player seen team wears
I was never really liked in that city. I mean, I don't think I was liked as a person. I was kind of seen as a black kid, young African-American, cornrows, drives fancy cars, wears diamond earrings, things like that. They just kind of based their perception off of what I drove and what I did and things like that. All those things were never a part of any other player on that team but me.
everybody last sure treat week
Last week is last week. I treat each day like a new day, and I'm pretty sure everybody else does, too.
guess saw
I saw one thing, ... I guess he saw another.
best plays practice
We established that in practice during the week. He'll look for me to make plays and I'll do my best for him.
anyone blame face position slap
We can't blame anyone but ourselves. We didn't play as well as we wanted to. We know we were sputtering offensively and defensively. It's kind of a slap in the face and now we're in the position we're in.
balls four suit three
Three or four balls just doesn't suit me very well.
build few needed plays
We needed things like that to build our confidence. Make a few plays like that, we'll do something in the playoffs.
