Football management is a tough job and I was fortunate that they did not panic when we got relegated and look to blame me. They thought we were doing the right things,

It was a good thing we dropped out of the League. It gave us the opportunity to address a lot of things that were wrong. The squad wasn't good enough for this level. We have a squad now where they are all of our choosing. We're back stronger than we ever have been.

We have just tinkered and added to it as we have gone along. And we are still looking to improve the squad all the time,

We are really pleased with the players we have got in the squad and with just a couple more additions we feel we can keep on going upwards.
